Workplace: Work At Office

Provide HR & Administrative support as needed.
Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection Process (CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview arrangement)
Manage Local and Foreign office as needed
Have knowledge to prepare the documentation for Visa Processing, and Labor Laws.
Draft formal reports, letters as per the Instruction of the Head office.
Report time to time to head office according to instruction
Performs other reasonable and relevant activities and functions as requested and required.
Should have the mentality to play multiple role according to management decision.
Regularly communicate with overseas clients located in Japan, Philippines, Korea, China.

At least 25 to 30 years old.
1 to 3+ years’ experience as full time employee
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Strong knowledge about Employee Recruitment from start to end
Must have good computer skills(MS Excel and Words.
Must have professional efficiency in English (Excellent communication skill).
Knowledge about international email sending and reporting concept
If any applicant have Japanese Language expertise given priority

Knowledge on office Administration, HR affairs.
High level of professional integrity and intellectual.
